Return Policy
Hymnal PLUS HT-300na Carrying Case
Call us within thirty (30) calendar days of the shipping date found on your paid invoice. Thereafter, all sales are final. We will issue you a RETURNED MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) number. Packages returned without the required RMA number plainly written on the address label will not be accepted and will be returned. The RMA number will be valid for nine (9) calendar days. Therefore, the returned item (with an RMA) must be physically received by us within nine (9) calendar days, from the date you were given the RMA, to receive refund consideration. Thereafter, all sales are final. Returns sent COD or "shipping collect" will be refused. Returns received with invalid, expired, or no RMA number on the label will be refused or, if inadvertently accepted, will be charged a 30% restocking fee. There will be no exceptions. All returned items must be in original packaging in new condition. All shipping and handling charges, both directions, are the responsibility of the customer. The original shipping/handling charges are never refundable. Items that are returned scratched, damaged, written on, mishandled, missing accessories or missing any original packaging, product documentation or a blank warranty card will be subject to additional charges determined by the Tempo One Service Department, plus a 20% restocking fee. There are no exceptions. We strongly suggest using United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx 2nd or 3rd day air express when shipping returns. The US Post Office is not a recommended carrier for boxes or parcels and uses an antiquated tracking system. We accept no responsibility for lost shipments, delayed shipments, misrouted shipments or international shipments. No returns can be accepted from international sales or shipments and all warranties are null and void on product shipped out of the USA, unless otherwise specified. Processing returned items for refund consideration will take up to fifteen (15) days for resolution.
Optional Hymn Book Index Updates Installed Hymn Book Index Updates are not returnable or refundable, under any circumstance, except when being returned within the 30 day window of the shipping date of your original Hymnal PLUS invoice, along with the return of your Hymnal PLUS digital hymnal.
Hymnal PLUS Rechargeable Battery Pak Hymnal PLUS Rechargeable Battery Paks are not returnable or refundable under any circumstances, including during the 30 day window described above. This is due to the very nature of battery technology and the inability to detect any possible misuse.
